Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a copywriter based in the San Francisco Bay Area with extensive experience in pharmaceutical advertising for both HCP and patient audiences.

My curious nature had me starting out in the advertising industry as a strategist. I love learning everything I can about new audiences, disease states, and brand categories. I also appreciate great insights and know they’re not easy to get to.

While working as a strategist, I felt an itching to be a part of the creative process. I wanted to create something tangible. A sticky tagline, an awe-inspiring video, or a perfectly crafted print piece. There’s something satisfying about seeing your words out in the world. So, I became a copywriter.

Now, I approach every project as a creative with a strategic lens. I make sure I fully understand the problem before I craft a solution—whether that’s a new brand narrative, patient translation, or a thought-provoking creative concept.

And, I know that collaboration is the key to creative success. Whether it’s tapping into medical strategists, account managers, or my own art partner, the relationships I build with my team ultimately make the work better.
